REMAGINE (rhymes with "Imagine", part of the Neohorizon Network), is a full service firm that specializes in telecommunications, data management, software development, web design, marketing, and Internet technologies. REMAGINE started it's online presence in 2003 and was founded by Ian Ricci and Roger Roberge.

Before REMAGINE, the Neohorizon Network was known for its IRC chat system that was initially formed in 1997. Some members of the Neohorizon team were made up of lead programmers that developed the UnrealIRCD, NeoStats and SolarStats. In the second quarter of 2000, Neohorizon split, and a portion of the IRC Network became AxeNet.

After the split, Neohorizon focused on designing network infrastructures and network applications along with creating/hosting websites.

After two years of success, Neohorizon branched out into other areas. In 2003, Neohorizon worked along side Source Marketing, a marketing firm based out of Springfield Massachusetts founded by Roger Roberge. Ian Ricci and Roger Roberge decided to combine their efforts and created REMAGINE. REMAGINE founders: Ian Ricci and Roger Roberge receiving the Harold Grinspoon Award. April 29th, 2004.

In 2007, LyonsDyson LLC became an exclusive partner to REMAGINE and together offer a wide range of Telecommunications services.

REMAGINE is based out of Springfield Massachusetts, with offices located in New York City
